If your car is involved in an incident of any kind, you must report it to us right away.
This is true even if there’s no obvious damage or you don’t intend to make a claim.
Failing to report an incident to us could invalidate your policy, meaning you won't be covered if you have another accident.

What information we'll need
When you report the incident, we'll need to know:
- Your policy number
- Your car registration
- Details of what happened and any damage
- Details of anyone else involved, including witnesses
- The crime reference number (if your car's been stolen or vandalised)
