How will I know when the claim is settled?
We’ll contact you in writing once your claim has been fully settled.
We might also send you a customer service questionnaire, so we can monitor and improve our claims experience.
We aim to solve all claims as quickly as possible. But if a claim is complex, it can take a while to settle. So there’s a chance your claim may progress through your renewal period. We’ll let you know if this is the case though.
