How do I make changes to my policy?

It’s easy to make changes to your Prima policy. Simply contact us.

Just so you know, we do charge an admin fee for some changes. For instance, if you want to:

  • Add or remove a driver
  • Change your car
  • Change your address
  • Update your mileage or class of use

We’ll let you know exactly how much this fee will be before finalising any changes though. You can also check the amount in your policy wording booklet. This is one of the documents we emailed to you when you first bought cover from us.

Sometimes, making a change to your policy can also push your premium up or down. But again, we’ll let you know if this is the case before we finalise anything.
