How do I make changes to my policy?

It’s easy to make changes to your Prima policy. Simply contact us.

Just so you know, we do charge a £25 admin fee for some changes. For instance, you'll need to pay this fee to:

• Add or remove a driver
• Change your car
• Change your address
• Update your mileage or class of use

 This fee helps cover costs on our side, so that we can afford to keep delivering great value insurance.

Sometimes, making a change to your policy can also push your premium up or down. But we’ll let you know if this is the case before we finalise anything.
