Will I lose my no claims bonus if my car is vandalised?

Usually, if you make a claim on your car insurance, you’ll lose some or all of the no claims bonus (NCB) you’ve earned. 

But we include a “vandalism promise” with our following car insurance plans:

• Prima Plus 

• Prima Premier

   

So if you have one of these plans, you won’t lose your NCB if you make a claim only for damage caused by vandalism. 

This is so long as you provide us with a crime reference number, help the police with their enquiries and pay your excess.
