Will I lose my no claims bonus if I'm hit by an uninsured driver?

Usually, if you make a claim on your car insurance, you’ll lose some or all of your no claims bonus (NCB). 

But with some of our car insurance plans, we include an “uninsured driver promise”. It means that if you’re hit by an uninsured driver:

• You’ll keep your NCB 

• We’ll pay you back your excess

   

This is so long as you can provide us with the uninsured driver’s details. 

Our uninsured driver promise is included with all of the following plans:

• Prima 
• Prima Plus
• Prima Premier 

It’s not included with our Prima Essentials plan.
