What if I'm hit by an uninsured driver?

We don't believe in making our drivers pay for someone else's mistakes. 

So if you're involved in an accident with an uninsured driver, and it wasn't your fault, we promise that:

• You'll keep your no claims bonus (NCB)
• We'll pay you back your excess 

This is so long as you can provide us with all of the uninsured driver's following details:

• Name
• Address
• Email address
• Telephone or mobile number
• Vehicle registration number
