What if I don’t want to renew?
We’d be sorry to see you go. But if you don’t want to stay with us, it’s easy to stop your policy from renewing.
If you already have auto-renew turned off, there’s nothing you need to do. When your current policy ends, it won’t renew and you won’t be charged for another year.
If you have auto-renew turned on, and there’s at least a week to go until your renewal date, simply switch it off. If there’s less than a week to go, please contact us to cancel your renewal.
