Why has a monthly direct debit payment been taken after I cancelled my policy?

You can cancel your Prima car insurance at any time. 

But if you pay for your policy in monthly instalments, we might have already scheduled the collection of your next instalment for after your chosen cancellation date. 

If this is the case, we'll still collect that instalment. But don’t worry. This will be your last instalment and we’ll factor it into any refund amount. That way, you won't be overcharged.
