Can I change the day you take my direct debit payment each month?

Yes.

If you pay for your car insurance by monthly direct debit, you can change the day on which we take the money each month.

You can usually bring it forward or push it back by up to 14 days.

This is so long as:

  • You give us at least three days’ notice
  • You’ve already paid at least one direct debit instalment

To change the day, simply contact us.
