Can I change the day you take my direct debit payment each month?

Yes.

If you pay for your car insurance by monthly direct debit, you can change the day that we take the money each month.

You can usually bring it forward or push it back by up to 14 days. This is so long as:

• You tell us at least five working days before your next scheduled payment day
• You’ve already paid at least one direct debit instalment
