We include a small hatchback courtesy car as standard with all Prima car insurance.
But we understand that – rather than a small hatchback – you might prefer a courtesy car that’s more like what you usually drive. So we give you the option to add a courtesy car upgrade onto your policy.
With this upgrade, you’ll get a courtesy car that’s near equivalent to your usual car (up to a Mercedes C Class) if your own’s undriveable due to:
- Fire
- Flooding
- Theft
- Vandalism
- An accident (if it was your fault)
So if you usually drive a seven-seater, we’ll do our best to provide you with a temporary replacement seven-seater.
You’ll get it for up to 14 days.
